The purpose of me offering to purchase things on demand is for people who have higher prices than my store. So in short, as long as they cover the cost of the game, we have a deal. In this case, it wouldn't make any sense for me to spend $9.98 CAD and receive $4.58 CAD in marketable items. And let's assume I accept Steam Gifts, which I don't, Gun Monkeys is definitely not worth $5.40 CAD. As for CS:GO keys, it would have to be 2x uncommon CS:GO keys ea in order to cover the costs.
If it's cheaper to purchase the game from your own store, I would suggest purchasing it there. My advice would be to check SteamDB to see who has the cheapest ROW copies.

Some, but it's minimal. For example, I can do Street Fighter X Tekken for 2 CS:GO keys + 2k gems/2 ToDs. If you really want the best value, try asking the other seller for TF2 key prices. For Street Fighter X Tekken, they should definitely be able to do 3 TF2 keys instead of 3 CS:GO.
It was possible on the first day, not so much now. I can do 2 keys + ~500 gems now.
