How this work :
1) you must dont have the game on your library
2) you must can sells item on steam market otherwise the game will become not tradable
3) you must have 14 tf2 keys (12 as collateral), after you opened the pack i'll give you the keys back and you'll give me the 3 copies of payay 2
or if you dont have collateral you must have decent rep(70++) or atleast 400 games on steam or atleast level 40 on steam.
