Note : I do not play Dota2, or TF2.

Cards tend to be much cheaper than games, so cards for games will be required to be a minimum offer.

Chivalry : 15 cards minimum

Torchlight : 7 cards minimum

Trapped Dead : 7 cards minimum

In theory, they're meant to be used in TF2. But since they can be both bought and sold on the market and traded, they became a sort of Steam currency. Better than Paypal, for trading with strangers.
