Still no. My minimum is 3 keys, and I won't go lower. I want to make more than a few cents of profit per copy. Wouldn't be much point otherwise. If you want a cheaper copy, you will need to find someone else.

I have a different opinion on it myself, but I enjoy stealth games, and gave it a chance for that. If you want more adventure games like the Telltale games, then yeah, won't enjoy it much.
At least it isn't a FPS like so many fools seem to believe and hate it for.
As for value, its $20 / $50 in the store at this point, so I wouldn't want to sell it for only $4.
