If you paid full price for it, I feel sorry, but like few hours ago there was a trading bug where you could pick Tropico 4 Collection for just 0.29 cents on Steam. This is why value dropped of it so hard. It sucks, but this is how it is.
If you know about it and find a sucker - Oh well, I doubt you'll find one ;). But good luck with it ;).
