it seem that there are no Tabletop Simulator in you inventory
is that region lock game?
Its part of 4pack I bought a while ago and traded one copy to guy from UK. But I guess it might be EU only. You might be right.
if that's a region lock game, you'll see a "！" icon on the game in inventory,

Yeah I have it, it does not have "!" icon BUT:
https://steamdb.info/sub/42325/info/ states that Cross region trading and gifting is disabled for this item. So I guess I can trade it only in EU?
you can see the information in your inventory like this
- if there are "！" red information, then it's a region lock gift.
- the tag, mean the gift is can be traded or not
- the tag, mean the gift is can be sold or not.
and the button in the red circle you can send it to other one as a gift.
so i don't think that is a region lock game
hmm, I think that's mean two trader must be in same region, but not sure country or steam store location.
anyway, it seem that i can not trade with you , because trade and gift is region lock :(
