As per the rules I will give the key first and wait for you to activate it. I will also provide proof that the key exists before giving it to you, I expect the same if you are trading a key as well. Also I WILL NOT accept DOTA II or TF II keys, I don't play these games, I put in the title '[W] ARMA II: OA' for a reason.

DO NOT TRADE WITH HIM! I've heard bad things about ARMA 2 and 3 keys, they could be stolen copys, and if they are, they will be removed from your account, look here for more info:
