So from what I understand, you signed up on a fake website, where you entered your steam username/password and then a while after, someone suddenly took over your steam account and stole your dota 2 items?

All that could have prevented if you had Steam Guard activated!
If your account has truly been stolen, then all you have to do is to contact steam support, tell them your account has been hacked. Then they will freeze your account and ask you for proof of purchase of some of the games that are on your account. Such as paypal transaction numbers etc. Once verified as correct, you get your account back.
Also if Valve sees that your account has been accessed from a different IP and those items were sent away, then they might send you back the items. There is no need for screen shots of items that you owned, Valve can look up your entire trade/gift history.
But if they find out that you lied about owning items, then they will most likely not reverse any of the trades made during the theft of your account.
Oh and don't say your not a scammer, very reputable people gave you negative feedback for scamming them, your steamrep profile says your a scammer and Valve put you on a ban probation. So stop lying! Maybe you deserve all of this since you scam people.

Well if you sell a CoD Ghost CD Key and then a day later it's been revoked from steam library, then you pay back the person the 14 keys you sold it for! You didn't do that, that makes you the scammer. End of story. You're trade banned for a reason.
If you had Steam Guard on, then you could not have been hacked, unless your email is also compromised.

The way I see this whole story is that 2 weeks ago you started to scam people, you were reported to Valve, Valve contacted you saying you're now trade banned. Suddenly you come up with the idea that your account was hacked.

Seriously, just contact Steam support, tell them you have been hacked and they will then freeze your account. Then they look into it to, verify IP addresses to see if it has been access from another IP etc. and if so, you might have a chance of getting your stuff back. If they see you are bullshitting them, then they might close your entire account. There are too many fishy things going on here. You were accused of scamming, you're on trade probation, you claim that steam guard was active and you still got hacked. I can't make sense of this, nor is it my job to understand what is going on.
There is no need to post here in the trade forum, no one here can help you. All you get most likely some hate because you have been accused of scamming several people 2 weeks ago.
Now contact steam support and wait for them to answer you.
