OP, these deals won't happen. trading value of your games is nowhere near 50 bucks.
Hello, some tips for new traders: the price on Steam is not relevant to traders here. Usually people go by the lowest ever sales price with some small premium added on. Any bundled games go for even lower, especially if they are currently bundled. Since these are currently bundle games valued at around 33 cents each, and it's a very popular bundle to boot, your best bet is to trade for other bundled games. The ones you are asking for never were bundled. Take this advice and do with it what you will, but I can add that most everyone else on this site will be aware of these factors.
Well, the value could go up some for sure, but even then, individually they would never get up to the value of even one of the games you're currently asking for. If people sell the entire non-BTA bundle for 1 key in other threads, why pay with a game worth 4 keys (or higher, in the case of some of those titles) for just a single one of those bundled games? It pays to research the current trends too.

Also, why do so many people want keys?
TF2 keys, DOTA 2 keys, and CS:GO keys are basically like a form of currency here, kind of like cigarettes in prison, if you think about it too much. They can be used in their respective games, too. As for your first question, that comes down to 66 cents vs. $12 or so at the lowest.
