At the moment I went overseas due to an emergency and I won't be back in the USA until the Summer Sale is over. Is there any chance an American can help me by gifting me games and I can pay them via PayPal? I can also gift some items in my inventory as a way to say thank you as well.

I can do this for you. I'm not in the US but I do get some games cheaper and the rest go for the same price.

We don't have region blocks or censored versions. They all come in english plus any combination of the following: French, German, Italian, Russian and Spanish
