Is this a key from the Steamgifts giveaway for Galactic Arms Race? If so, I recommend deleting this thread because you can get suspended for not activating wins on your own account. If it's from Desura or something, it would behoove you to say so unless you want to get suspended from Steamgifts.

PermalinkFor the record, all that means is that your friend is breaking the rules instead of you. I'd still report him if I were you since his win meant that someone who actually wanted the game got screwed for no good reason.
