So I was stupid and got scammed. Got offered a Portal 2 key for Dota 2. People were saying on his profile that he's trustworthy and I have no rep, so I went first. After I gave him the game, he blocked me. And since I'm stupid I closed the chat window, so I can't report him. (Why the hell doesn't Steam have a chat log?)

Anyway, if he adds you, be careful.

I never trade with people who have their profiles set to private.

Get their steam ID, profile links with names are worthless.

You need the ID when you report. Unfortunately you have no proofs to report him. =(
