Last time I checked this kind of comment was against the rules...

It is not. If you put something up for a disgusting price, then it's up to the community to put their foot down and stop people who don't realize that it's a disgusting price from buying.

Not removed from the Steam Store but removed from sale only, you can't buy it...for now

Removed from the Steam Store and removed from sale are the same thing...
By the way, this comment is also against the rules.

Nope, it's not. When game is removed from Steam you can't find it anymore by their search engine, but in case of Stomping Land you can still find it in Steam, just not possible to purchase now.

If you insist...

It's a simple fact. For example try to type 007 Legends in search engine, it won't show up anymore on Steam. Same in case of Mafia I, etc. as they are officially removed from Steam.

Stomping Land is STILL up officially on Steam, but not possible to purchase now. So yes, this is how it is. Sometimes games are temporary disabled because of random glitches (like on price, random huge in-game bugs, etc). So... yeah.

http://www.pcgamer.com/2014/09/02/the-stomping-land-can-no-longer-be-purchased-from-steam/ - This explains somewhat why it's not possible to purchase for now. So yeah, I would hold your horses before trading it for such a high price. So yes, game is kind of on hold now, not removed.

Do you have any proof that I'm a "scam seller"?
I've been here for far longer that you have, and I can say that I'm a more valuable member of the Steam Community that you are right now. Please refrain from posting nonsense, as it's against the rules.

It's not that you're scamming, but anyone who buys from you is going to feel like they were scammed.

Do you think that I felt scammed when I bought Wolfenstein for example?

Sometimes you want to have something that it's not available anymore and you are willing to pay more than it was originally worth. Following the Wolfenstein example, it had been on sale for as low as 5 dollars, yet its price after it was removed skyrocketed and 50 keys was cheap.

Scamming is stealing something from someone, and you have to be very careful when throwing that word around.

Which may end up with negative rep. It's not illegal per se, but insisting that game is removed instead of hold on which PC gamer article prove may leave you with negative rep after someone realises that game isn't in fact removed from Steam. Yeah, negative rep system may be used when someone isn't satified after finishing deal. Well, you do it on your own, don't blame me after when this may happen.

Game MAY be available later on again if explanation on changing engine on the one from Unreal Tournament 4 is real.

I guess that you didn't see my reply to your earlier post. I have already modified the trade notes and clearly state that it has been removed from SALE on the Steam store, just as you said.

It's fair to think that it may not be removed after all, but this seems to be the same case as Earth: Year 2066

The only person who's ever tried to sell that game was attempting to sell it at 20-30$ paypal and got absolutely 0 interest. If the game has been removed from steam because of fraudulent design practices, that means that the game will not be something of value except to an extremely select few collectors.

Got zero interest here maybe, there are people who collect removed games (I did it for some time, but I ended up discovering that some games which I needed couldn't be found anywhere)

I don't really understand why some people get so upset about a guy trading a semi removed game for a high price and feel the need to fill his trade post with comments.
I've seen people selling games which are on sale for higher than full price, and not getting any comments about it. I've also seen people selling codes which they got for 1 dollar and getting 20 in return (I paid that for an AMD code yesterday, and I'm pretty sure that the guy got it from Newegg) and nobody said anything.
As long as it doesn't hurt anybody you shouldn't derail a trade thread.

It does hurt people though. If someone buys a game for a huge price, then realizes that they screwed up and wasted a lot of money, how do you think they're going to view trading? I say something when I notice that a price is absurd, but I'm one of only like 10 people on this site. Most of the time the people to point out a ridiculous price are new users who haven't been around the community long enough to find out how cutthroat of an attitude people at steamtrades have. It is, apparently, always the buyer's fault in a bad trade.

The thing is that here I'm targeting a specific group of buyers. I understand your point but I don't think that it applies to my trade, since it's obviously targeted at people who collects removed games (which means that those people have been trading since some time)
That's why I don't understand why I'm getting comment after comment (and some comments aren't nice, for example the one calling me a scammer)
If I were selling refs for keys at 1-1 rate or something like that I would understand your issue with me. This is different.

pretty simple explanation there: Too soon. The game was taken extremely recently, so it looks like you're just trying to capitalize on the fact that it doesn't have a price tag.

It may look like that to you or to the people who decided to post here for any reason.

I shouldn't have to explain my actions to anyone but here it goes:

The dev has been silent for months, his only explanation for not posting any updates in his game's forums is that he's porting it to UE4. This explanation isn't even official, since he told that to a Kotaku reporter and no one else.
Moreover, he let go of his PR staff and doesn't have Steam developer rights anymore (Valve took them away from him)
I could be wrong about the game being removed but the evidence strongly suggests the opposite.

I'll give you 4 TF2 Keys. I just got these yesterday so they are pretty new as opposed to some of the old rusty keys some people are trying to trade.
