He is telling you that if someone adds you and says that he will trade you gta V, just remove them. It's a common scam- they offer you something that's super good, just what you want, so that you can go first without checking their rep. And they take your games.
Dude don't debate with more high trader than you , sorry but your new and don't know many things ... and of course you can get these all games for 12$ on black market , maybe with +1-2$ more ... but you can't get the GTA V for steam for 4x like your games for it ... so its not possible to get GTA V for these games ... :)
