Prices of games go by cheapest sale price generally, so yeah it doesn't matter what you paid for it, maybe you did pay 60 and have just waited. Highly unlikely but maybe you did. The sale price has been down to 10 so asking 40 for it doesn't make any sense. Just like asking for 20 keys for Alan Wake. Maybe the concept is to difficult for you to understand but if it is I don't really have the time to explain it to you.
