Never done PayPal with trading before, so while I won't outright say no, I'll be needing to find some stuff out first before I give you an answer.
Edit - Going to avoid it. Bit more trouble with that method, and honestly to possibility of charge backs makes me paranoid. :P

One copy of the game for 3 TF2 keys, additional copies for an extra 2 TF2 keys per copy. Cap at 5 copies, then back to 3 keys for the next copy.
Currently can trade up to 10 copies at a time.
If getting a single copy, I'll include the DLC. Bulk purchases get only the base game.
