Yes. You could give me a $10 amazon gift card or paypal, and I'll give you a key to activate civ 5 gold (gods + kings and all dlc) on steam.

You should note that tomb raider's lowest sale price has been $16.99 versus civ 5 gold, which has been for $12.50. So I made you a more fair offer since you could probably trade tomb raider for a more expensive game and get more bang for you buck.
