You can't trade won games, you must activate it on your account. Read rules, you can be suspended for it.
btw 2 keys is very overpriced :)

in FAQ....

You should only enter to win giveaways for yourself, and if you win a game, it must be activated and redeemed to the Steam account used during registration.

You can't trade won games at all. You MUST activate it on account :)
