Question: Can the collateral be steam gift games/items worth the same amount?
I currently only have 1 key, but I do also have Alice:Madness Returns as well as a few Dota 2 Genuines which are worth a few dollars each themselves I'd be willing to use as collateral.

Hey mang, I would love to do this but with 5 copies of tropico. I have been trading all my humble bundles for tropico ce's in the hope that they will trade for 2 keys in the near future, so perhaps... I send you 5 copies, I unpack and send 3 insurgency to you, than u send me back 4 tropico. If that sounds good i am game!

How to check whether you are eligible for unpacking a 4pack
First and Foremost, You MUST NOT own the game in your library
Second, Follow these steps

Normal Steam account with good standing will be directed to a page like this - http://i.imgur.com/odUbPpE.jpg
