Why is it hard ? You will never ever be able to get it for this price again, so it cant be considered as lowest steam sale prices. Im looking for 10-15-20$ worth of games or money for those keys, it was only 50% in the winter sales so this is a good offer....

You're kidding right? If I have no experience in trading(hell, I don't even know where this "official price" you're talking about is), it doesn't mean that I'm an idiot. At 11.25$(less if I count the region prices some people have reported) which you got the 4-pack at on GamersGate, that would make ~2.81$ per copy. I'm offering a game which at 75% discount is 4.99$(that is ignoring the euro region pricing I got it for) and is a giftable uncut copy, therefore I'd assume it means more for you trading types than a key. But, very well, your loss.
