Some people build up their reputation before they turn to scamming (mostly newbies with little or no reputation). Report him, but Steam wants a screen of the trade, so guys who trade keys can get away quite easily.

Just letting you guys know of a scammer on the site I just dealt with. Our trade was a game for 2 tf2 keys. I sent him the keys and them he sent me a CD key for a different game(Enclave) and then immediately unfriended me/logged off. BE WARNED AND DO NOT TRUST HIM!!!!
