This is a link to a thread made a year ago concerning the same topic there are many comments made not even a month ago about people being impersonated an scammed this is still a very pressing matter that no one seems to be taking seriously. Here's a few comments left on that thread in the last few weeks

I had a conversation with him. At first the chat was smooth and then he started to talk about how bogysha was his alt account but he couldn't log into it. He said I needed to trade with him through that account.
Please be warned he will add you through the steam forums, that is where he attempted to scam me.
