it's a scam i already sent this guy 8 euros and when he got the money he stoped responding in chat, please report him to steam.

IF you sent it through Paypal just dispute the transaction. I already contacting him about buying him steam wallet and of course he declined to go first even though I had more rep, plus he keep saying he was scammed so he wanted me to go first. The obvious part he declined to trade in increments and just laughed about how time-consuming and then blocked me after that.
