Terraria (NA) - As far as I know, there is NO region locking for it. Trading for [Mann Co. Crate Key x 2] or [Tour of Duty Ticket x 4] + [1 Refined Metal]
The reason for the higher cost in Tour of Duty Tickets is due to the slightly-lower resale value on the Market to convert them to Keys. I'm willing to negotiate my pricing.
