same story here with mafia 2: it was one of the 2 free games for voting for the golden joystick award and because the supply lastet pretty long everyone and his mother got a copy. therefore the demand is pretty low now and you should take whatever you can get.

I don't think that's abusing. They didn't add a protection system to the voting, I would call it abusing if you would use a proxy or VPN just to get those keys.
