You can get Royal Edition here on ST for 34$. Is Kickstarter one any different? This guy (http://www.steamgifts.com/user/Bobz) seemed to have KS exclusive edition for 25-40$ which he offered me. He is offline currently, but you can add him in Steam and ask yourself if he still has it.
