Everyone who works with paypal knows that this is the only option to prevent scammers from reverting the payment.
Not to say again, that "you said" you already sent the money but nothing had arrived. Then you retracted the deal.

Paypal does not refund the money without reason. If i send you the money and i take the game, you were able to prove the purcache. So if someone didnt agree with your purcache terms dont judge him as scammer.
