I have the Dead Island Riptide Complete Edition from Humble Bundle Store, you can post any offer and we can make a deal :) i am actually looking for Dead Island Riptide as well and it's 75% atm on steam.
Even thouth when i bought it over Humble Bundle Store it didnt have any type of warning saying it's not avaiable in my country, they still havent updated that. I tried to activate it didn't work i contacted support they said they can't refund me so they made the link giftable again. So yeah next time IF i buy anything again from Humble Bundle i will verify over Steamdb because they don't give us any warning if its locked or not.
