It was obviously a scam. The account is hardly a week old and he doesn't have any paid games, yet he's offering to give you games worth more than yours are worth? Sorry to say it was the easiest scam to fall for i'm not sure how you could've fell for it without checking him out..
Isso que quebra nesse fórum, tem muito scammer. Já passei por isso algumas vezes é terrível. Sei que não ajuda mas denuncia ele no Steamrep. Demora um pouco (minha ultima denuncia demorou uns 3 meses) mas pelo menos todos vão saber quem ele é. Se for denunciar pela steam vc abre um ticket que vc pode acompanhar e questionar direto com suporte steam é bem mais efetivo.
