From what I understand The Fall will be region locked since the WiiU and 3DS naturally are region locked.
It's a shame your Tales from the Borderlands isn't steam, I was really looking for that. If you can trade Farcry 3 (steam, hopefully not Uplay) I can trade TIS-100 for it, and throw in another game or two if you want some of the non-humble monthlies I have.
Unfortunately FarCry3 is only playable on Uplay. Redeeming it on Steam will just add it to your library while redirecting you to Uplay at every launch... which you can achieve anyway by adding it as a non-Steam game in 2 clicks.

The first F.E.A.R? I'm thinking about .5 keys in value, meaning either a Tour of Duty or 2 sacks of gems. If you have only cards I can do it for $1.50 in cards.
When you look at your cards in your inventory, each one should have a market value, which can be a few pennies or even a few dollars, depending on the game and type of card. If you don't want to mess with that I can just take 20 cards for it, though.
When I said .5 keys in value I was talking about the standard currency of CS:Go keys, which are worth around $2.50 each. There doesn't have to be an actual key, as long as the value is somewhere around $1.25 ($1.50 for cards since they get huge fees since each card gets taxed seperately).
Do you have a mobile authenticator set up through steam to get rid of your trade holds? If you do, you just need to send a trade offer with the cards to me, which is all done through Steam. After that I would give you the steam code for F.E.A.R in steam chat.

I'm looking for 2 non-vanilla CS:GO keys, based on the current prices I see. Cards are just too low value to trade for a game like this, if you DO have enough cards you could trade them for keys and then offer the keys.

I DO take cards, but it's within common sense. I'll gladly take cards on anything worth a key or less (which is 90% of what I'm trading), but TWAU usually goes for about 3 full keys of value, which would be in the neighborhood of 180 cards. What you're asking is like going to a store and asking to buy a new videogame with bags full of pennies. It's certainly possible, but it isn't really worth the time to count it out when normally people use larger currencies like dollar bills.
Also, don't say you made an offer, because you did not leave an offer. You asked the price. If you ask the price, I'll tell you MY preferred method, which is keys. If you said "I'll give you X cards" I would have gladly given you a solid "Yes" or "No, but I'll take Y amount of cards or Z keys".
If you hate the idea of using keys, I can do it for 150 cards worth .07 or more. However, it would be cheaper for you to simply trade 120 or so of those cards for 2 keys, and then trade me those keys. I'm just trying to save myself time and you money, but if you don't like that I'll leave the option open.

It seems YOU are the one takings things personally, coming into MY thread and getting all huffed up. Go ahead and buy that G2A key, if you have money for it. There's always the chance your key gets revoked, as keys from G2A rarely do, since they're unofficial, unlike the Humble Gift Link I have.
You also don't seem to know how money works with Steam prices, since 3.51€ is almost $4.00 (while 2 keys are generally around $5.00), and unlike your cards that 3.51€ is real money that can be spent on anything. Steam wallet money and items are worth less than actual cash, you won't be getting any games from G2A with your cards.
Have fun with your games, and good luck finding an official copy of TWAU that someone will sell you for cards at a price lower than I offered.
