I don't know but... can't see how he is a scammer, and looking at the picture I can conclude that you're the one abusing the rep system... not protecting him, just using common sense

did you make it clear you DIDNT want to trade with him? Why didnt you just delete him if you didnt want to trade? Also, google the term "scam" before you throw it around, he didnt steal your key. If anything you are in the wrong, now he is left with 14 keys that you told him to buy.

he probably said he will give you -rep because he waited days with the 14 keys that you told him to buy that now are useless to him. he wont be banned, so stop trying. he bought the keys you told him to, you made him wait hours if not days then changed the price, you deserve -rep for time wasting, similar to "jackaj" who it looks like you have done the same to. like you say, this site is for trading, not time wasting

So, I added this guy for BF 4 Premium, he promise me to trade this on next day. Then he ignored me for a long time, said to wait for the next day. On 3rd day he ignored me. On 4th day I have talk to him again, said that I'll leave him -rep, then he started bad language to me, promised 10 -rep to me and deleted me. After 1 day of waiting my friend added this guy and they succesfuly traded, when I was ignored. -rep, such an asshole. PS: scammer with 138+? Nice.

Where is something about scam from his side? All what I see is part of conversation (and we don't know what did you wrote or he wrote before it) where you threatening him with ban if he will give you negative reputation.
no scam from both sides. but conversation went bad as buyer waited for him long time. so thats not a reason for a - rep
one thing: -rep should only go for bad trades and not for attitude but what if the OP let him buy 14 keys to trade and then refused at that price later.... that's a bit weird and it doesn't really fit in the "attitude" section... guess it's a valid -rep then
As I wrote, I can't judge it because here is only part of conversation. There should be no reason for negative reputation, but I am surprised that someone with 129 positive and 0 negative reputation start for so small thing with it. At least this topic is about nothing until he will show whole conversation.
Just so others know, the first thread with bf4 + premium for sale from the OP was for 14 keys (premium) so it isn't weird that the buyers asked for 14 keys when they agreed on that price 4 days ago...
yep. agentkillzone bought the 14 keys ready to trade, then this guy made him wait hours/days and then changed the price.

Everyone should know that reputation doesn't make you a beginner trader, it just means that you're new to the site. If I owned the site, I'd allow people to -rep other people for being annoying DB's, who lie, or waste other people's time. If you're a time waster, and don't live up to the originally anticipated deal Mr. Lemoing, then you should be -repped, as you are a bad trader.
