oh, the fact that nobody posted here at all is not relevant to the price of the game. I also have the same thread in several other places. This isn't the only one.
Also sorry but I'll have to reject that offer, I'm not a fan of fallout at all and it doesn't look like a fair trade anyway.

If paypal then you pay the fees. I am willing to go first if you have great rep in sourceop and aren't marked as scammer or anything like that (I'll do my background check very well before taking your offer).
If TF2 items then I can take TF2 keys and bills/buds (This is the preferred method for trading, safe for both of us).
Keys are at the same price I sell them for (1.20 dollars, if you see this thread is closed and want keys you can buy them from me at that price).
Bills are worth 8 keys. 10 keys if painted with the expensive black or white paints all of us who play TF2 know about :).
Buds are, of course, 30 dollars.
Person who posts first an offer here has priority over anybody who posted the same offer unless I consider the other offer better somehow (For example, I prefer keys over money).
