Hello friend, so, yes, all accounts have games ready to be downloaded and played without problems.
If the game has multiplayer you can play without problems using them.
Account banning is for community only, you can add friends, chat with them and play with them.
You just won't be able to buy or sell anything on the market, nor will you be able to change anything in your profile (nick, photo, highlights, achievements) and you won't be able to like, dislike or post reviews.
To know which games each account has I would have to know which account interests you and send prints of the games in it.
Or we can use the TeamViewer program and you can see the games from the accounts that interest you through my screen.

"Trading account is against the ST guidelines" is a legitimate advice and you just choose to ignore it huh ? If you take part in some service and benefit from it, stick to the rules. It is more of an honors system now than before, you know what I mean.

No fim a conta tomou um ban de comunidade por este motivo,e como quando uma conta que é banida,se tiver mais contas linkadas em um mesmo numero são tratadas iguais e como a mesma,estas tambem foram banidas injustamente(parabens steam).
Por isso estou oferecendo elas barato e aceitando ofertas,caso tenha interesse não deixe de comentar ou me adicionar para conversarmos,quero troca-las o quanto antes para tentar aproveitar sale steam.
