Hey, I have a question. It's hard to understand through research what exactly ROW is. Will the Skyrim Legendary Edition work in the US? If so, I'd do the 4 TF2 keys for it. Add me and let me know which keys I should purchase to trade for it.
Hi there, ROW stands for Rest Of the World. Since russia and latin america have their own prices and keys, all other countries get ROW keys. So they can be activated anywhere.
