Then Send in a complaint into steam (They Might actually help, depending on the Admin). then look at his friends list and warn them about what he's done. Then Do as I have done and make a Group entitled "[scamers name] Scammed me" or "[scammers name] we need to talk" then explain to him what you've done, what you want to happen.
