Means it was sold as a package with other games for a very low price. Sites like HumbleBundle , IndieGala , Groupees and Bundlestars have them weekly , daily and now even monthly. Sometimes AAA games from a year or two ago so still very good and very cheap.
That game was in a bundle about a month ago. And its a minor indie game with almost no demand so chances are it will be rebundled. A TON of indie games are like that and get bundled eventually or constantly.

The whole bundle was 4.99 and some people sell the full bundle. It had 10 games so it puts value around .50-.75 cents. Most cheap bundle games just get traded around for other bundle games. Unless they where Tier 2-3 which costs more for the bundle. Sometimes 15-20 bucks but it includes better games usually.
