I got into trouble with Steam restricting my account a while ago because of someone buying lots of Borderlands 2, Dishonored and Bioshock Infinite and ended up being a fraud. All copies were Not Tradable so I would suggest that you not trade with anyone that has a Not Tradable copy of the game. I only wanted Dishonored and I played it for a while until it got pulled. Luckily the games I gifted to the person I got back again so since you gifted the game thru steam you can get them back if you contact steam support.
