Thanks for the quick answer! Allow me to give some info on Steam regions. Spain is EU, if I'm not mistaken, so you'll need ROW gift, which are way more expensive than region-locked ones. Also a person who can play RU/CIS locked game is unable to buy ROW gifts due to region restrictions

You can trade it for a game of lesser value, e.g. a key from a bundle you missed (search for people hwo have a lot of CIS locked games, they are likely to be from CIS countries). Or you can create a region-specific giveaway on steamgifts and boost your contributor level.
