Can you provide some more details? Is it a personal mail? Did you buy insane amounts of bundles? Why would they single out you, considering that almost all "gifts" bought from them are eventually traded and their system more or less incourages this practice? I'm curious.

I'm guessing they have a problem with people buying bundles with stolen credit cards and selling them here, and they noticed that several of the bundles you were trying to claim were fraudulently purchased.
