You can't redeem just one now but you can keep coupon code until they do that. Price of coupon is lowest atm so it's good time to buy one. If they add new game price of coupon will go up.

I tried but the thread is locked and your account is flagged as a scammer. That is probably a good thing for now - no point letting others get robbed using your good name.
You can appeal pretty quickly once you get your account back and a couple emails from Steam. All the best, sorry to hear you got hacked =( and I hope it all gets worked out.
