Keys bought in the US typically can be activated worldwide so you're in good shape on that end. I'm not interested in any games but, as someone else said, you should check the prices of some of your games on third-party sellers to see what people are willing to pay. The site https://gg.deals/ aggregates both legit (steam, humble, fanatical, etc) and gray market (g2a, cdkeys, kinguin, etc) storefronts and gives a pretty good idea of value of games. Make sure that the toggle in the upper right of the screen that says "Keyshops" is set to "enabled". You don't have to be a stickler about making deals that are completely even on dollar value but if someone offers you a $1 game for a $10 one, you can probably get a better deal elsewhere. On steamtrades, you can also search a game's name in the "I have..." section and "paypal" in the "I want..." section to get a general idea of what resellers are willing to pay for your games.
