Yes bot will send blank offer on his side because game is not tradeable .When you accept offer bit will add you to frends and when you accept friends request it will send game as gift.
Anyway if you have any problems and youre stil interested in game you can add me and I will send game manually.I think my rep is enough for anyone not to worry
