I would take any screenshots you have, gather information on the scammer and report them to SteamRep.com forum so other's have a lesser chance getting scammed also.

Everyone here is showing you how to report it. Do the legwork and do the reporting. No one can tell you if it will be reversed or not, first you actually have to do the work to see if it's enough. Report it via steam, steamrep... the links are in the previous comments. Publish his/her name/id on every place you trade at.
