I base my pricing primarily on gg.deals, but I also consider demand for specific titles, underestimating the value of those that sell poorly.
I also considered 112 Operator to be very risky; it was already being given away for free on Epic, and their second game, 911 Operator, was recently free on Steam, which raises concerns that this one will do the same before I can sell it.
It's very likely that you'll find it more profitable to sell them for TF2 keys and then trade some of them for Airport CEO, as I prefer them.
