Just a small note: I'm looking for LoL-Codes on Steamtrades.com as well and have been trading already. Soneone offered me a used Pax Sivir code, which had been activated on NA already and I could still redeem it on EUW. This didn't work with Arcade Sona, it was activated on NA and couldn't be redeemed on EUW anymore.

Maybe this information will give you a few more trading options (your Pax Sivir for his Riot Nasus or w/e).
