Well I could buy it right now on Steam for $5, or a 2 pack for $4.37 each copy.
I'm not going to offer you the same as it's actual selling price.
It's a fair offer - it's like 50 cents lower than list price. You can't really expect me to pay you the same as Steam's actual prices right? If I wanted to pay $5 for the game, I wouldn't have come here to make offers, I would have just bought it.
Steamtrades is like a flea market; if you are selling/trading things here, expect to get lower offers than the current list prices of the games right off of Steam. Furthermore, try not to let yourself get upset about a lower offer than you would like.
Trust me, after you are offered DOTA2 for the hundredth time, you will realize it is just easier to say "No Thanks" and move on than to try and argue pricing on a trading board :)
