i think topic asks for trade scam report on steam not on steamtrades. But i wonder how this guy got away without being marked as scammer on steamrep yet
internet is too free and too much freedom helps criminals. eye scan authenticator should be needed for internet access, on all comments real identify should be showed (trolling would decrease a lot) and this would also help to jail thieves like these scammers, because its thiefing and a criminal activity what should be awarded with jailtime. Still, its not a stupid idea to start police investigation if someone who got scammed got policeman in family, valve should provide IP etc infos to police if there is an open case about someone.
i feel like a everyone that does trades needs to show proof of his identity
even if nothing is done if they scam someone there will still be a lot less scammers because they wont be able to make more accounts after they get caught and the childs wont be able to scam someone without fearing that there would be consequences
also trading with real money would require to be at least 14 years old

We can't report them since we weren't the ones being scammed. If you have a proper proof of a scam, report them on SteamRep.
atleast give us "explanation or proof". you just linked those 2 accounts with no reason here asking people to report them for nothing? you're the one getting scammed, not us.
