Actually, I don't know. I don't have BTC myself, but when I bought it, it costed me EUR 1.56, which would be nearing 2 in USD I think. So depending in the exchange rate on the moment of buying, people might actually have gotten it for more if they are not into BTC themselves. And people will not sell it for less then they bought it. Also, it's a pretty awesome bundle. :P
But good luck finding the best trade for it. :)
