I know you're pretty new so no big deal, but that's an even more uneven trade than for DiRT Rally. I guess you'd have to be familiar with the trade values of these games to know that though.
If possible, it could be useful to list a handful of games you like that you would do the trade for. I'd hate to have you mention games one by one if we ultimately get nowhere.

I see. I don't know what's on your wishlist since your profile is private, so all I know is the 5 games you've mentioned. Undertale or Armello seem okay for a 1:1 trade. I only have one copy of Undertale though and I'd probably prefer to keep it. Armello is a game my brother seems intent on keeping at this point, and likely prefers it to NBA 2K17. As of now, it doesn't sound like anything would work out unless there's more that interests you.
I can trade you DiRT Rally for NBA 2K17 if you're still looking. It's probably the only game you'd get since they were both bundled as a double early unlock.
I guess Rust and Space Engineers were too though.

edit: just to throw this also out there, patience can definitely help in getting a decent trade. Eventually, someone will offer what you will want. There are a few people who will activate the key immediately and make the trade, but as it's in a bundle right now... it definitely could take time.
