On barter, you mention buying games... Back during the Summer sale, I traded for about $20 in Steam games on sale at the time. But recently I've only been interested in a having a few games bought for me, up to about $5 worth at a time, and there's none right now.

Hand of Fate is probably one of my top 2 or 3 most valuable items; I think it's too much for Epistory. If there's something else you want for Epistory, I might be interested.
I do want Grim Dawn too, and it may be pretty valuable. I'm not sure yet if Grim Dawn for Hand of Fate is a fair trade, since the game was just announced. Maybe tonight if you still have Grim Dawn, I might like to do that trade.

Grim Dawn for Hand of Fate seems a bit "unbalanced", IMO... But sure, we can talk. In the meantime, I do suggest, Epistory and another game of your choosing (except for Grim Dawn and Val Helsing) for Epistory.
Those are the only two on your list I want right now.
If it helps any, here's what's usually my first pass at trying to value games (not that I'm good at it):
(A) Look at the three lowest prices for the game on G2A. If they're about the same, great! Take 80% of it. If they are different, make a judgement and maybe take 100% of the lowest.
(B) Take the lowest historical price for the game from isthereanydeal, ignoring nuuvem, and ignoring any prices more than about 18 months old.
I focus on the lower of A and B, but maybe consider both of them, and maybe some other things.
With a new bundle, (A) often drops through the first day or two. If it doesn't, then maybe a fair trade would be Hand of Fate + something else for Grim Dawn.
